Been to multiple beach houses many different times. I thought let’s recommend it to the parents, have a nice dinner out. It was absolutely disgraceful. When we ordered. We ordered 2 seperate orders. We ordered after my parents. The come to our table and tell us that their machine has messed up and the order for us wasn’t fully complete and they needed to clarify. All good, it happens. 10 minutes later our food comes out. My partner ordered double toppings. They take it, 3 staff members basically argue with each other that it’s rught, it’s wrong! Bring it back and say it’s right, if you didn’t there be a lot less. 

I finished my meal, my parents food still hasn’t shown up?? When we got the attention of a very pushy waitress, she says oh I’ll go check. Doesn’t come back. Someone else does. Oh there was a mix up. What was the order again. Our printer doesn’t work. 

Another 10 minutes by this time my dad is fuming. Comes back with the food. My dad hates salad with a passion specifically asked for no salad. Well hello salad, dressing run through the chips.

All we were offered were a drink, no manger comes to talk to us, nothing. Highly disappointed, the poor boy that had to talk to us you could tell he was forced because the manager didn’t have the balls and was hiding behind the bar and didn’t want to take the responsibility of his job title. Very disgusting. I’ll definitely be going somewhere more accommodating

I have eaten here once before and food was absolutely amazing. But 2 days ago, my partner and I went for lunch and ordered the salt and pepper squid. Come home that afternoon and vomitted. Then went there with some friends today and ordered the lunch special rump felt fine before I ate here. Straight after I left had to pull into servo to vomit again. I am sorry for the rating and I really hope it's not the food but 2 times in 2 days is a bit beyond a joke.

Great midday lunch deals, not so great everything else.

I think those are the only things that are reasonably priced, everything else is super expensive. It was like $20+ for an average quality average size Ceaser Salad  the kicker is that one of the most important parts of a Ceaser Salad (chicken), they actually expect you to pay an additional couple of bucks for.

Serving times are just a bit slow. 
Customer service is pretty average.
Store presentabilty is below average.
Prices are almost extortionate.
Quality is ok.

Sorry guys but the cooks can’t cook
The coleslaw was bland no taste
They stuffed the order up
And they don’t know what mushroom gravy is
ITS NOT DIANNE 
Like I received with no mushrooms in it
The only thing that was good was the steak
