I have bought a car battery from there and had an issue with it after 2 weeks of usage, the battery came with 2.5 years warranty and took it back there, the owner is extremely uneducated and he thinks his batteries are straight from heaven without the smallest fault, he would not accept that the battery had fault. I checked my car's alternator by a qualified mechanic and he confirmed that my car is in 100% health. do yourself a big favour and never buy anything from there, he wanted to fight with us in his shop in front of his poor wife.  he also runs a mobile battery service on his car. I have already lodged a complaint with fair trading to get refund. he is very aggressive and uneducated.

Very bad customer service, the man was extremely aggressive not only towards me but other customers in the shop. He threaten me with an electric drill and asked me to leave his premises.
