Elaine helped look after multiple properties of ours that were managed through Barry Plant Docklands, and we found her to be extremely hardworking, honest, and always gave us prompt updates. Elaine is also really a warm, nice, and friendly character in person whenever we would meet in the office from time to time. We have sold a few of those properties now, and sold it through Peter from the same office who achieved great results for us. Peter was also very hard working and transparent with his dealings with us. Both are true professionals and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both of them to anyone looking to lease or sell their properties in the inner city.

Steven Heaven manages my investment property and is always easily reachable, being active across multiple social platforms. He’s very professional and clear to see that he’s accumulated a lot of experience in the Docklands area. Honest guy, fast paced and innovative. I’d highly recommend Steven and his team! The office is also conveniently situated and provides high visibility advertising. Thanks guys

I am very satisfied with the services that has been provided to myself by Steven Heaven @ Barry Plant. I have dealt with many rental agents over the years and by far Steven is the most efficient & professional Property Manager i have come across. Any maintenance issues were acknowledged and dealt with in very prompt manner. All my dealings with Barry Plant have been straight forward and it has made the whole rental process run smoothly. I have & will continue to recommend Steven to all my friends that are looking to rent or have their property to be managed.

I am fortunate that i have Elaine to help me look after my North Melbourne property. She is a very reliable agent so far i know. Every since there are any maintanance issue and tenant's request, she will call me and help me to follow up. She will try her best to help me look for a good handyman to fix my house if there are issues. I do not have worry for Elaine to take care of my property. 19 Sutton St. NORTH MELBOURNE 3051

Jaymee Ntentis was extremely helpful during my recent search in the property market. She provided me with a property profile and suburb demographics for the areas I was looking at buying and information on the suburbs which have had growth recently. She delivered the information personally and was very professional in her approach and very knowledgeable about real estate generally.
