A very good bank, I was very reluctant to change banks after dealing with several problems with several banks but the team at the BNZ made it easy and with great customer service. I would have given 5 stars but have had 1 of their staff be quite rude which is a shame and a let down to the rest of their team.
no better service can be found than that of bnz staff. in this case special mention of a1 service received at Plaza Branch today from Nathan Dally. staff like him keep me with bnz...have been since late 60s. thank you bnz. awesome customer service.
Trying to operate a charitable account with these guys is a nightmare!!! If it's not one thing it's another. At no time to I believe was I given a clear list of ALL the processes and procedures or even informed they were not complete. PRETTY SAD SERVICE
