Rude unhelpful Asian owner who doesn’t want to print out a nz post courier ticket was told by nz post that they are able to print out the label at counter Just a generally unhelpful place to use as a post shop
An employee 'Seom' was rude and when I mentioned what the western union helpline advised her words were ' Dont tell me how to do my job'. And on top of that she made a spelling mistake in my name and was reluctant to accept the mistake. I wonder if she was so well versed in her job why she made such a silly mistake inspite of her having 3 identification documentd in front of her. The employer needs to train her in regards to customer handling. The other lady on the counter and around was more direct and helpful in answering my query. I would suggest if you go in stay away from this lady. Another advice for the owner of this business would be to put in a direct number for western union related or other queries. The NZ post number is an automated reply with options which is not helpful at all. The staff at least this lady needs customer service training.
Staff are always rude making comments when they see someone holding a customs sticker that they must’ve got it wrong before they even get to the counter. It’s happened to me so many times I’ll probably drive further just to avoid them now. And no I don’t want to give further feedback… it’s a clear theme on these reviews so NZ Post it’s clear it’s your problem here
Great customer service, I accidentally filled the wrong form myself and they kindly redirected me! Hard working staff and even under the short staffing issues they still remain professional! Have been coming here for years and will continue to! Only thing you can really complain about is the internet page being out of date.
To the older lady who works at this post office, perhaps it's time to retire? You clearly don't enjoy your job. Every time I come into this post office I regret it because you are so unbelievably rude and unhelpful. Sounds like this behaviour has been going on for years based off the reviews here. 10/10 do NOT recommend this place!
