Great customer service, I accidentally filled the wrong form myself and they kindly redirected me! Hard working staff and even under the short staffing issues they still remain professional! Have been coming here for years and will continue to! Only thing you can really complain about is the internet page being out of date.
Staff are always rude making comments when they see someone holding a customs sticker that they must’ve got it wrong before they even get to the counter. It’s happened to me so many times I’ll probably drive further just to avoid them now. And no I don’t want to give further feedback… it’s a clear theme on these reviews so NZ Post it’s clear it’s your problem here
Please update your opening hours on Google. Annoying driving all the way here to be closed
To the older lady who works at this post office, perhaps it's time to retire? You clearly don't enjoy your job. Every time I come into this post office I regret it because you are so unbelievably rude and unhelpful. Sounds like this behaviour has been going on for years based off the reviews here. 10/10 do NOT recommend this place!
Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced
Went in and explained I’d never posted a letter before and wasn’t sure how to go about it. The lady was mocking and rude and didn’t help at all. She rolled her eyes and made a snarky comment about young people. Got my stamp and left while she made a rude comment to a coworker and laughed at my confusion. Think it’s time for some new staff.
Went in there to pay a couple of bills for a friend of mine.The Staff were very helpful. Just lamenting the closure of Pioneer Highway Post Shop??? Very Good Location that shop. NZ POST NEED THEIR BRAINS RATTLED.
Cannot believe the passive aggressiveness directed at me and snobby attitude I’ve received multiple times this week by two staff in particular; two ADULT women. Genuinely felt like I was participating in a drama class with the ridiculous eye rolling, snarky comments and mocking from miss brunette with the glasses and the grey haired older lady. Glasses lady treated an elderly man in front of me in a totally patronising and rude manner, made me really sad to be honest. Embarrassing and immature behaviour
Find another Post Shop if you are looking for helpful friendly staff. Twice in a row now I've regretted going there. NZ Post you need to invest in some customer service training for your staff.
Long wait & the lady at the counter was delaying saying unnecessary things. There's always a long queue which moves slowly
