Team here in palmy simply disappointing. They have zero desired to assist long term customers, replies to emails are one worded or one sentence. Their only outcome is to decine. They have zero interest in advising, offering solutions or alternative options or even discussing over the phone options or reasons. This lack of customer care is the reason have reached our to a broker to move my mortgage out of there. Accounts and kiwisaver to follow  Do not recommend

Used to be a really good, local bank with helpful staff. Really gone downhill unfortunately, I'm thinking of going elsewhere.

Hanna Curran is amazing  my go-to for any questions and always so helpful. Thank you for being so patient with my requests, and actioning them in a very timely manner!

I love this bank. Nothing is ever a problem. The staff are friendly and remember you. All my bills come out of my account on the same day as my pay which is just wonderful.

randomly stopped me transferring money to other accounts. Have to go through a support phone number for a online service. Debit MasterCard not supported with apple pay.

I'll give them 5 stars if the app stops going down
