Fantastic!! Great deals on great products, when you can find them. They're also flexible on price, where they can be. I'm really happy with the mic I got, and love the peace of mind of 90 days 'warranty'.
Listings on trademe are not as described. Was ripped off. Do not shop here. Would rate 0 stars if possible and even better yet they just delete the bad reviews so this wont he up for long.

Good selection and super easy loan process but the 5 stars are for the quality customer service I received whilst there. A guy called Matt greeted me with a big smile and took care of me. He was helpful, informative, respectful and polite. He also made me laugh throughout the process and after the day I had it truly made my day. Thanks again Matt, I'll see you again soon
Wish I could honestly give more stars, went in today to see if my stolen console was brought in and all the staff were so helpful, apologetic and nice, absolutely fantastic customer service
I was blown away with the service I received at cash converters in Palmerton North. They were very helpful with the service they provided. Especially the manager I'm not sure of his name think it was Matt something if I remember correctly. He was very supportive and I didn't feel any judgment from him. He had a attitude like he was there to help. Was satisfied with the service and will be back in the future.
Easy trade with good communication. Package arrived in good time and well protected. Item was as described and I'm happy with the trade. Nice friendly folk. Cheers Griff
Overpriced garbage, extremely rude salespeople, no concept of the value of items and customer service.
Purchased a few times from this crew - great service Reasonable price start for trade me auctions - all good here Love the clear out specials on the "trade me" = a favorite seller
