Submitted an application online and took 3 phone calls and having to go into the branch (total of 5 days) to find anything out. Once I finally got approved the interest rate was HIGHER than the banks (About 9% higher in fact)!! I called them and they said I'd have to discuss it with my loan manager and that she wasn't available... I'd wasted enough time by then so figured they would call me when they hadn't heard back. NOPE! Have heard nothing. What a joke of a company... If that's a reflection of how you treat your customers and run your business, then I'm glad I didn't trust you with my fiance's. Summary: False advertising. Slack customer service. Terrible unprofessional staff. And a big waste of time.
