We went to the Chadstone store to buy a pair of Bally shoes, my wife had two in mind, one they did not have the size, the other they did, the loss of one star is because I was using American Express and there system was not set up, it was quite a run around to pay, they were hoping I would pay a different way, not to many people carry large sums of cash around anymore, and it being Chadstone I assumed after being open for 2 months this would have been sorted out, the service was fantastic and very patient, the shoes are wonderful, but the having to ring Amex and have it charged over the phone and taking a photocopy of my licence is a little bit of a let down, they were very apologetic, but to survive in this shopping centre things have to be spot on, no such problems at Dior, etc.

I made more than 10 calls no one answer, send a pair of shoes for reparing which supposed to be fixed in 2 days, no one contact me after 2 weeks. really disappointed

i went to Bally in Collins Street, after seeing a Bally wallet in Hong Kong that I did not purchase at the time. In the meanwhile, I have been browsing and looking through Bally women's wallets on line. I decided I would go to the shop to check the dimension and feel of the wallet before purchase. The woman shop assistant first said that the colour I asked after (baby sky blue) was 'last season'. This was after I viewed the new collection on the Bally website....... then when I asked about the pricing on a wallet I have been considering for some time - she told me a price that is at least 25% above the advertised price - established through my research. i left the store without buying anything and felt as though I was treated poorly by the sales assistant. She certainly missed a sales opportunity today. Disappointed.
