A great place to shop around for a second hand car. The prices are great and conditions of the fantastic. Variety was amazing. The sale staff are wonderful. They allow you to take the time to visit the yard see what your interested in. There is no pressure and they are very helpful and welcoming. Very happy with the car I bought. The aftercare follow up is wonderful.
The staff and finance team were above and beyond to be helpful and assist in getting everything sorted out to get me my car as quick as possible. Very kind and caring staff willing to help any way possible. My car has been a dream at a bargain price. Highly recommend Ballarat Cheapest Cars great car selection, great prices and great team.
Excellent service by all staff especially Paul, Malcolm and Julie Anne. Quality of vehicles was excellent. When I had to take back for tinting which I couldn't wait for they went above and beyond to assist. I would recommendvthem to anyone. There was no trying to talk me out of the car of my choice. They assisted in every way possible to get the car for a good price.
Always welcoming on the lot, not pushy, just letting you know they are there to help if you need. Sales team willing to make a deal, and the admin team helpful, fast and efficient. The whole process was smooth, nimble and effective. A five star would have been given if the car wash the following day had been more than a hose down. Never forget the last impression is the lasting impression. Thanks team!
I enquired online and received a quote from a trade in request. Scott personally contacted me about the trade in and if I was interested in a particular vehicle. He easily recommend a car that suited me best and arranged for a test drive as well as an evaluation of a trade in vehicle. Scott was very easy going and made me feel comfortable with my decision with no pressure in any regard. This process basically happened overnight and I received a good deal. I cannot recommend Ballarat's Cheapest Cars highly enough. From Josh, the salesman who showed me around, to Malcolm and the lovely Julianne in the office, everyone was helpful and efficient. I know I have the right car for my lifestyle. These guys are honest and they have a large range of great vehicles. I was recommended to them by a friend who has had a similarly great experience.
Had a fantastic experience purchasing a car for our son. Very friendly to deal with and organised everything so quickly. It was a wet day and they even let me warm up and dry off in the office after walking there to collect the car! The car is perfect and our son was very happy. Would definitely recommend.
