More tea and coffee supplies would have been nice . It would have been even nicer if the cleaning staff didn't remove the tea and coffee supplies that reception gave us. The hotel is clean and basic. The location is useful for activities in central Ballarat. Found the parking bays too small for my station wagon. If you just want a place that's clean and conveniently located, then this place will suit.

We booked our room a week ago and said that as we would be travelling from Adelaide that night, they said no problem they would notify us of where to find the room keys and room number via Email. When we arrived at 1.AM the key was were they said it would be, room was exceptionally clean and tidy. And mini bar although we didnt use it was fully stocked. We would reccomend this establishment to anyone travelling through or just looking for somewhere to stay

Good luck getting any sleep. Between paper thin walls, road noise and the constant beeping from the cross walk. Otherwise ok. No laundry either

Service and food was impeccable. I will say though that they unfortunately did not have any Heineken in stock.
