We were under the unfortunate circumstances to have to bring our cat Bug into the emergency at the late hours of Thursday.nnWe had been previously going to a different vet the 2 weeks previous, due to Bug being unwell and we weren’t being taken seriously.nnThe moment we got to Vet24 we could tell he was in the best hands. Our claims mattered and Bug’s health was the top priority. Our poor boy wasn’t well in the slightest, his results didn’t go well and it was only right for him for us to say our goodbyes.nnI’ve never had such a respectful and considerate vet experience before, I can tell the staff care so deeply for all the animals in their care. I wanted to send the biggest thank you to Dr Ashlee, we are forever grateful for your care and diligence.

I am so impressed by the way we were seen ahead of others due to the extreme distress of our dog. This made everything great for us and I hope didn't hold others up too much.  They seem well staffed,  clean,  professional and thorough! We wouldn't hesitate to return!

Our girl suffered an acute onset, catastrophic internal bleed on Friday morning. With PVS closed, Balcatta was the nearest vet. I was nervous about our girl's treatment being in the hands of strangers, but had no choice.nnHonestly, my pup's final hours were with people who loved and cared for her. They were exceptional with me and my husband, and supported us in making the hardest decision of our lives.nnI'm eternally grateful.

All of the staff including receptionists, vet nurses and vet that we dealt with during our emergency were nothing short of incredible. They had a huge amount of knowledge and compassion, and provided confidence and decisive care to our puppy. We were very very happy with the service. The vet Dr Ashlee in particular was an absolute rockstar and we are very grateful to her and her colleagues.

Excellent vet!! Honestly, given they're an emergency vet with walk ins, waiting times may be variable but usually run on time in my experience. This is an advantage to choosing them, as we can walk in if we are concerned about our pets health. Or call ahead for advice over the phone.nThe care for our pets is fantastic. Our dog gets anxious and they cater for this by alternate waiting areas in our car or in a consult room. Our cat had emergency surgery and they were excellent and offered all treatment options available with honest quotes, as well as financial assistance to help me through a really tough time.nAll staff are kind, caring and listen every time we visit. I definitely recommend!
