Moved North of the river and found it hard to find a vet I trusted locally. Came here this morning as a walk in due to my pup ripping one of her nails off, and everyone from reception to the vet were absolutely amazing. During the consult the vet was so informative and gentle with my pup. Safe to say I have found my new local vet

I have been using  Vet 24 for many years through this time I have found all the staff and Veterinarians are very helpful, courteous and pleasant both to you and your pet.   They always explain what is happening, keeping you informed if there is waiting time for the Vets due to unforseen circumstances.  The treatment my pets have received has always been first class.  One of the biggest bonuses is there is a vet there 24 hours should your pet have to have surgery and be kept in.  Makes you more relaxed about leaving your pet behind.   Some one is there to watch over them.   I would highly recommend Vet 24.

I have been taking my oldest cat here for years - she’s had multiple surgeries and consults over the years, and I’ve always been happy with the level of care. Everything has been well explained and the vets/nurses/ reception staff have been lovely. I recently moved out of the area and got a kitten, so I thought I’d try a local vet for his vaccinations but was really not impressed, so I now drive 30 or so minutes to vet24 for both cats.

From the moment I made the phone to the moment we left the premises, it was a very good experience for us. First of all, I was efficiently advised on the phone by Sally. It’s always a stressful situation when your fur baby is having issues after hours. As soon as we walked the door we were welcomed by smiling faces at the reception. Our dog was restless and so excitable … lucky we were called in very shortly after we checked in. The vet, Dr Emily was clear and clarified our concerns professionally and in a very friendly way too. I love the fact that she gave options with the involved costs .Thankyou ladies you have successfully managed to make our first visit less daunting.

The best Vet in WA in my opinion. Staff are consistently amazing, friendly and so helpful. We have seen around 5 different vets within the practice and all have been just as amazing! We will never go anywhere else. Thank you

My dog was treated with the upmost care as he couldn’t walk due to low blood sugar a blanket was laid on the floor. I was kept up to date with everything that was going on and the vet even made me a cup of tea. I found the price for the emergency vet in the early hours of the morning to be very reasonable

We had to bring our beautiful cat Max in this morning after finding him to be very poorly, and subsequently he had to be put to sleep.  The staff were kind and courteous and empathetic.  Highly recommend them if you ever need an emergency vet.

Worst front office I have ever been in ,What a disorganized shambles .  I had a urgent referral for a night stay over .but was told I had to wait for three to four hours just just to leave animal for monitoring and to see another vet ,Fees Fees Fees . This is after I transferred animal from another vet who couldn't monitor overnight and all documents were sent for the referral.  There must be a better way to operate a 24 hour care  I certainly won't go to vet 24 in balcatta again  Completely Disappointed with the lack of communication and confidence between referral vets and 24hour care services  Complete Shambles

The staff here were outstanding in every way. The admin girls were supportive,  our dog was seen urgently by very competent vets and lovely nurses. They worked on Elsie all night and  saved our dog's life. We would highly recommend this vet practice.

I've been going to this vet since both my dogs were puppies and for years before with my previous two.  Unfortunately, they seem to have recently changed and now only focus on emergencies.  Wait times are 9+ days for a general appointment or up to 5 hours if you walk-in.  Its a real shame as they were always very good, and still are most likely - but now they are really just a pet hospital.  Don't expect them to be your regular vet!  Sadly i now must find a new regular all whilst my rottie is very sick.  they seem to want customers to go elsewhere too - which again is why I think they are now focussing in emergencies.
