Perth Vet Emergency is an emergency and critical care hospital for small animals. Our team are here every night, weekend and public holiday to help both you and your pet when you need us. We're available to offer veterinary treatment to all companion animals when their General Practitioner is closed.

We had to take our cat to the emergency vet over the weekend and were so grateful for the care we received. The team were incredibly compassionate and kind from the moment we arrived. They quickly assessed our cat and reassured us while we waited for the vet. Once seen, the vet thoroughly examined him, gave him an injection, and clearly explained the home care instructions.nnHe improved later that same night, which was such a relief. The clinic even checked in with us the next day and sent the visit details to our regular vet so they could follow up as well. Truly amazing care, we felt very supported during a stressful time. Thank you to the whole team. Here’s our boy all well again!
We are so incredibly grateful to Perth Vet Emergency Yokine, after the most terrifying 72 hours with our 9month old Cavoodle puppy, Reggie. He became suddenly very unwell, vomiting blood with bloody stools. The team from the triage nurses at the front desk, to the vets and nurses behind the scenes acted so quickly, professionally and compassionately.nnEvery step was explained clearly, and we felt supported the entire time. We were given all the options, and there was no hidden costs to our baby’s care.nNot once did the staff seem bothered by my multiple phone calls for information and updates, and provided me with support and kindness. Thanks to their passion and dedication, our boy is home with us today. We can’t thank them enough.nnA special thank you to Dr. Hannah who treated my partner and I with so much empathy and support during Reggie’s consult.
Amazing service! The team were super helpful and supportive when we had to take the dogs to the vet after eating grapes at 11pm. We were in to see the vet so quickly. They were friendly and very transparent about what the costs would be upfront. They explained everything well and were very considerate of keeping the dogs as calm as possible during treatment. They followed up via text to make sure everything was going smoothly after our visit. Could not have asked for a more helpful team! Thank you so much :
I recently had to rush my dog Kevin to Perth Vet Emergency in Yokine after he ingested rat bait, and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful for the care he received.nnFrom the moment we arrived, the team acted quickly and professionally, immediately administering first aid and taking the situation seriously. It was a really stressful experience, but the staff stayed calm, explained everything clearly, and made sure Kevin was treated as a priority.nnWhat stood out the most was how accommodating they were with Kevin’s reactivity around other dogs. They handled him with patience and understanding, making adjustments to keep him comfortable and minimise stress. It made a huge difference knowing they were mindful of his behaviour and still provided such high-quality care.nnKevin is doing well now thanks to their prompt action, and I can’t thank the team enough.
