My husband and I have been coming to this vet practice since 2015. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. We have 2 rescue bunnies, so have dealt with unusual pet vets Vicky and Nicole. They are fantastic ladies. It is very obvious that they love their job and animals. They listen, are capable, knowledgeable and gentle. One of our bunnies recently needed a procedure.  Vicky kept in communication with me throughout the day of the procedure. My other bunny was allowed to stay, as they are an inseparable pair. She was fantastic and I cannot give her enough praise. The next day one of the vet nurses Jess phoned to check on how our bunny had recovered as well.
We most recently met Coetzee, and met yet another fantastic vet. Vicky, Nicole and Coetzee, and Jess, thank you for being so amazing. You guys make the whole experience non stressful.

I take my two female ducks in to see Dr Coetzee De Beer. He is great, always so helpful and knowledgeable and he genuinely cares and will go the extra mile to ensure you and your pets have the best outcome and peace of mind. The Vet Nurse's are always wonderful and friendly too : ) thanks!

One of only a few 24hr vet in Perth, take walk ins, emergencies and injured wildlife. Also know more about unconvential pets then most. Better off taking your sick chicken here then paying $100 elsewhere to have them tell you they're not sure.

Fantastic care of our bun Harry. First class treatment of a difficult condition requiring constant monitoring for 48hrs. Communication was excellent, lovely people and  I wouldn't trust the care of our bunnies to anyone else. Thanks so much James & the guys / girls !

These folk are wonderful! Individually and as a team the Vets and the Nurses give Dr James Haberfield very good reason to be proud of them all. The way they care for 'Bert' our Mini Lop bunny and have helped nurture him back to health is exceptional. We are always kept well informed of all diagnosis, options and progress. We are also shown respect regarding any concerns and have noted that courtesy is still alive. That these people love what they do is obvious. So, if you have a special little 'friend' that may need some extra care, don't hesitate to contact U.P.V.  because they will do everything they can do to help!   In much appreciation to you all, with love, Robert and Mary.
