We attended early yesterday morning with our very unwell dog, and from the moment we arrived, the care we received was exceptional. They immediately helped us get our boy out of the car, prioritised his condition, and explained everything with such kindness and compassion.nDuring one of the hardest moments of our lives, they treated both our beloved boy and us with the utmost care, respect, and empathy. We are incredibly grateful for the support they gave us and for making his final moments as peaceful as possible.nThank you, EVH, for your professionalism, compassion, and genuine kindness. We will never forget it.
Georgie had blood in his poop yesterday morning and this morning so decided to take him to the vet hospital. All other vets were closed and/or fully booked. I was checked in right away; the wait time was over an hour but I completely understand that other pets needed the help quicker. It broke my heart seeing all the poor doggies and cats coming through . Was seen to by a lovely vet I forgot to ask for her name and she was so sweet to my boy! She explained everything so well and went through all the options and what I could do to help. She answered all my questions and made both me and Georgie much calmer. Lovely staff over all! The ladies at the desk were lovely too! Definitely recommend! Georgie will hopefully get better with some medication! Thank you everybody who helped! The photo is Georgie after he got back:
Amazing experience at EVH last Sunday when our dog became very unwell. Dr Lex was so kind and caring and explained everything really well to us. The nurses were lovely and I really can't thank them enough for looking after our Bobby when he was so poorly. Thanks guys x
Thank you to the vets and nurses at EVH. I called in a panic after my girl was hit by a car and rushed straight to the hospital. I was met at the car with a nurse who immediately took her inside to get help. I was shaken, but the staff were calm, clear and caring. Unfortunately she couldn't be saved. I was able to spend as much time with her as I could afterwards, and a lovely lady sat with me to explain the next steps. It's not something anyone wants to experience, but I'm grateful for vets and nurses who are so kind and compassionate with fur babies. The paw prints and snoot boop are beautiful keepsakes.nThank you for taking care of Nina and I.
The staff here are amazing. I am so glad I went here to get the help and support I needed for my cats. Midnight and Misty did very well with all the care and support.Misty is recovering so well from the cat fighter. Your staff where so helpful with passing on information about how to give medication and care.
