I cannot speak more highly of the care we received for our much loved golden retriever. They are such a professional caring team of staff who always went the extra yard in caring for our beautiful dog. Particular thanks to Dr Steve Cooper who was always so patient and taught our dog to enjoy her visits to the vet. Thank you all at Wanneroo Vet.

I was recommended to this vet after having a bad experience with vets in the past.. Well please do not waste your time and put yourself and your pet that you love through this experience. They talk about being caring, professional and offering personally service........well that is fare from the truth....l have just experienced this...... On my first visit, l left feeling not really sure that they had control of my dogs needs. Recommended medication, that we brought and ministered to my dog. Told to call him in a week, and let him know how he was going......All sounds good so far....... Well l would expect when the vet asks you to call him and inform him about my dogs condition....l expect to speak to the vet who is caring for my dog.....not be hand balled off to a receptionist who knows nothing about my dogs condition. I ask you where is the caring and personal service they talk about.. After all l have engaged Bruce the vet, for his experience, just like you would with a doctor, this is personal.... Well shame on you Bruce, could not even show me the RESPECT, buy returning my call......getting the receptionist to do this 6 hour later.. l was prepared to wait as l knew that you had appointments in the morning...Shame on you..... As the customer who is paying for a professional and personal service, l would expect to be able to speak to the vet who is caring for your dog.....that is not the case here....they are too busy to care.....Maybe you need to care about the animal that is in need, not just the dollars coming through the door...... It has now come to light that Bruce the vet, owner was ashamed to face me in person after being caught out about stating they offer caring and personal service. This very clearly demonstrates the lack of care that he has towards animals and the respect that he has towards there owners. As we had an appointment for Friday that he has just cancelled, could his could not face me in person. If he really cared about animals, as a vet should, he would have shown his professiolisum, moved on and attend to my dogs need, just like a caring professional would do...... Totally gutless......Shame on you for hiding behind a telephone and the facade of a caring vet....

This place is full of professional people who obviously love animals. They do not over charge you and the nurses and Dr Bruce and Dr Greg are very caring and compassionate. Dr Bruce was particularly kind when our 13 year old Siamese had to be euthanized.

My experience with Wanneroo Vet has never been less than fantastic. The vets are all very caring, and they charge very reasonably. My particular thanks to Steven who was so kind when my dog was suffering a terminal illness. I highly recommend the team at Wanneroo Vet.
