Out of choice I would not take my furry babies any where else. Staff are all amazing with your precious babies and to us humans.  Always take all the time you need to talk through things,never feel rushed, love it here.

I can’t thank enough Dr Petra Connell (vet) & Lynda Huynh (vet nurse) at Kingsway Vet Centre for all their warm, loving, compassionate, caring & comforting nature in the most difficult time of my life in having to lay to rest my precious cat “Tiki” of 22yrs on 3/4/18. Simply Exceptional customer service !!! Very friendly, helpful & sincerely genuine in their sympathy too !! It makes a world of difference when you leave the clinic empty handed having formed the impression that they (total strangers) love your cat/pet as much as you do & was treated like part of their family & wasn’t just another “number” or “patient” to them. They promised to stay with & look after my precious boy until he was picked up later that same day by the pet cremation company. I’m confident I left him in very loving and caring hands. Thank you Dr Petra & Lynda for everything!!! Absolutely Amazing 1st impression! I will DEFINITELY be TRANSFERRING ALL my pets for all their future Vet Care needs to your clinic going forward & so impressed was I, that I’ve convinced my sister to also bring her pets over to your clinic as well, which she has done & seen Dr Kishani Candappa recently, also an absolutely wonderful, caring & highly experienced vet !!! An absolutely Fantastic Team you have there !!! 
We’ve both been pet owners of various cats, dogs & birds for over 22yrs now & we can confidently say that your vet clinic stands way above the rest & is in a world class league of it’s own !!!!
