When my dog of 15 years was screaming for help because she couldn't walk, I knew it was time to let her go. I rang the hospital just as they were closing the shop for the night luckily Cindy answered. 

Without hesitation she and her husband offered to wait for us to rush to the hospital for emergency treatment.

We were there crying for hours and they gave us the space and time to grieve. I never felt rushed or anything. It made a difficult time a bit more bearable. 

The compassion and care I received is something I will never forget.  They even sent me a card and some flowers a week later as a follow up. 

This is the only vet I ever go to or recommend to my friends. 
They are such a caring family, thank you so much.

Really disappointed - Was charged $85 for the pleasure of them telling me they could not help and I would need to go elsewhere - apparently this is medical advice - could have been told that over the phone when I made my appointment that they did not have the facilities I had asked for and therefore could not be helped.  What was worse is to save her own skin the nurse that made the appointment lied to her boss about what I had said when making my appointment!  They have lost a customer and my experience will be shared with the 100+ people at my local dog park now too.  Where is the simple courtesy of Customer Service gone?? Why did the nurse not know what treatments they offer at her place of work?? Really disappointed as USED to enjoy going there

Great Vet clinic that caters to basic issues with rabbits and guinea pigs, as well as dogs and cats. The staff and vets are very kind and thorough and if something is out of their scope they will let you know so you don't spend all your money. Good building with a dog waiting area and a small animals waiting area that are separate to prevent animal stress.

The staff here are amazing and very gentle towards my maltese puppy. Would highly recommend this vet to anyone.

Was a great vet clinic to begin with...but then turned VERY expensive and un caring ... UNNECESSARY  tests  that cost a fortune  for results they already know and did the week before.  Medication is so high  you need to take out a personal loan.  Luckily  for us we found a vet clinic in the swan area that ACTUALLY care about the animals and not their bank accounts...  best service... the medication is  half the price of karrinyup.  Consulting is 20 dollars cheaper...  stuff doing a list.. swan is  better  ALL ROUND!!!  Goodbye  karrinyup.
