We have been going to Vetwest Carine since the day we brought our pup Colin home. We’ve always had a great experience there and the vets and nurse are extremely helpful. Jo in particular is always very informative and gives us lots of good advice without being pushy. We just popped in today to weigh him and ask some questions and she squeezed us in for a heart worm shot on the spot. Thanks guys

Very disappointed with this clinic, I had an appointment today and I have arrived 7 minutes late, the receptionist told me that half of the appointment was gone and she had to ask to the vet if he could  still attend me. She came back to me saying that she had to reschedule the appointment for another day as the vet could not attend to me anymore. This is not fair, I am always punctual but this time I could not make it on time. I have spent a lot of money in these clinics with my 2 dogs, and  I have waited many times much more than 7 min to be attended and I have never complained.I believe I deserve to be treated a bit better. I wonder if they treat all customers this way, I will certainly not go there again.

I have returned to this vet after spending 20 years up north. Great experience, the nurses were friendly & helpful & the vet I saw was great with my overweight pug, Daicos. Very thorough examination & were extra help to me as I was just post surgical & they did any heavy lifting for me. Highly recommended & back to being my local vet.

Always friendly and kind. Appointment given very shortly. Even that we not live close by anymore, its worth to drive. I feel well look after my dog. Thanks so much

Yesterday our dog Spike was euthanised.. It was a very gentle end.Abig thank you to all sraff past & present for his % our care. for the last 15 years.Kaye & Nick Marinozzi.

Loveliest team at Vet West Wanneroo - took my fur baby here for puppy school and then surgery and they are always go above and beyond

Excellent service from Jo at reception as always.  Nothing's ever too much trouble. We have two elderly dogs with lots of chronic health problems so visit Vetwest at Carine frequently. The vet nurses and vets treat our fur babies with great care and compassion.
