Baggage Storage Lockers by Smarte Carte, Skygate

Shocking. Used a locker in march 24th and the door would not close despite several attempts. Contacted customer service and while in the phone i heard a click and door closed. Perfect im thinking. On coming back 2 hours later i noted a lady beside my locker on the phone. She informed me she was on the phone to customer services as she had just booked a locker. On opening it she found a suit case inside. This was my suitcase and if she had not have been so honest i would have lost everything. I have made 4 phonecalls and sent 4 emails re this and i still have not been refunded or had anyone contact me. Very dissapointed in the lack of response from customer service.

What a inconvenience to my life the machine stole my money. I call the 1800 number, found out I had to wait 15 to 20 minutes from the attendant to come to retrieve my money. It's now been 30mins and still waiting..... 1 star rating for poor customer service.

Ate my money like a poorly serviced vending machine. Kinda glad though, if I can't put my bag in, how am I supposed to get it out.
