These guys were great. I only rented storage for short time in between moving house and even though I went over couple days into the next month they waived that fee for me. Professional, clean, the way a business should be run. Believe they look after their customers which is why I would absolutely use them again. Highly recommended.
Would highly recommend Fort Knox Storage Morningside! They were a pleasure to deal with, very clear communication, flexible arrangement to access storage and competitive pricing. Made the whole process very stress free, thanks to Alex and team!
EXCELLENT service. I can't rate Fort Knox at Morningside highly enough. The lovely Trudy was super helpful, friendly and always up for a chat. The premises are spotless, easy to access and there was always a trolley to help with loading and unloading. The best thing was the price - SOOOO much cheaper than other storage facilities in the area. Highly recommended.
Very glad to have put our worldly possessions into storage at Fort Knox Morningside. We had storage there for 5 months and from first contact until move-out we were impressed. We would recommend this storage facility both because of its physical spaces and access but also because of the excellent customer care from Trudy, the manager. Her communication, personal approach and dedication shone through. Very rare to find in the world these days. Very happy.
Nothing less than 5 stars for Fort Knox Storage. The facility is impeccably clean and well lit, night or day. Everything just works so you have no hassles. The lift, the trolleys, the doors, the security. So easy. But even better than that, Trudy the manager is ready to use her experience and knowledge to ensure you have the supplies and guidance you need. Add an extra star for her. Easily a 6 star storage process for us.
Trudy makes organising suitable storage a breeze. She is a superstar. Nothing is too much trouble. She showed us various sized storage units. Suggested a suitable space after listening to our needs. Helped us with packing bags and boxes. She even gave us a much-appreciated icy pole after a long, hot day filling up our storage unit. The actual facility is very clean and tidy. I can highly recommended Fort Knox at Morningside.
I would like to thank the Fort Knox family for their support over the last 3 years. I have enjoyed my time there and I wish them great success for the future. For me, it is time to move on to find something new. Thanx again and I know Neil will shine and keep the standards high. Trudy x
First of all let me say that Trudy is a superstar at Fort Knox Morningside QLD....when my removalists turned up in the wrong truck from interstate I was face with a dilemma, Trudy immediately arranged short term storage so I could arrange alternative transportation for my goods. Customer service was impeccable and she even gave us an icypole on a hot stressful day.....then my 2nd removalists delayed and couldn't come until Saturday so she organised everything with Jay who works on weekends...he let me use the bathroom and make a coffee as my movers were late again.....these 2 are outstanding examples of what customer service looks like.....thank you so much and will definitely recommend you to everyone. Trudy especially your attention to detail and excellent organisation skills are to be commended!!
I have just vacated Fort Knox Morningside after storing my home contents and motor home at the site for several years. In all that time I have felt comfortable with the security and management at the facility with Trudy the on site Manager working hard to make sure there have been no issues. Well done Trudy. Thanks
