The staff at National Storage - in particular Brad - went above and beyond to help me with boxes for a big move, including storage boxes and wardrobe boxes. The Click & Collect service is seamless, and the boxes are high quality. Highly recommend.

Montana is the best! Stopped by today for packing paper after visiting several Bunnings where it was out of stock. Also bought a couple robe boxes and Montana helped me fit them in my sedan, which wasn’t easy. She was so helpful, will be back here for more supplies due to the awesome customer service.

Thanks to a major delay with our new Brisbane residence, what started out as a very short - term storage need turned into two and a half years, and the service from National Storage has been great throughout. We always found the facility very easy to access, well maintained and security and lifts etc always working well. Dan in the office has always been extremely helpful. Recommend this facility.

What a great facility. We've had a lock up shed here for a couple of years and the service from day one has been really impressive. We have used few shed places over the years and the team at National Storage in Camp Hill are the best we've experienced - by a distance! Extremely polite and attentive staff who always look out for you. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Highly recommend. Good work guys and girls.

Despite signing up for an initial cost per month they have increased our rate numerous times without warning us this would happen. Please beware of this. We would have never used this facility if we had known they would increase the fees whenever they felt like it.

Easy to deal with! I required boxes and moving materials and they had everything i needed. Thought i could fit it all in my car but i overestimated my ability to do it but it was no problem for them to change it and organise it to be delivered to me on the same day and at a convenient time for me. Moving can be a stressful time but this step was made a breeze thanks to Dan and the team. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service phone centre. Competitive rates. Good lay out. Make sure you get a quote for your inventory. I was directed to use a smaller storage hold which was great saved money in the process. Good facilities.

While storage is their business, National Storage, Camp Hill do have a green space of which they refuse to tend to. The amount of plant/tree debris laying on the ground and dead fallen trees is unacceptable. As a result, it affects the properties that share its boundary on Ashton St. I have tried so many times in asking them to tidy their backyard, but always told a lie that it would be done by their lawyer, or simply ignored. Getting a gardener to collect fallen plant remains is not a hard task to direct. Work at being a good neighbour National Storage, Camp Hill.

Staff were friendly BUT the complementary hire van was an old model Mitsubishi Express. This vehicle has a 1 star safety rating.

Absolutely exceptional service from Fred Assistant Manager at Coorparoo. He was extremely helpful and explained everything clearly. Such friendly service is such a rare experience, I HAD to write a review and phone the company to compliment him! Thanks Fred!
