Just went in to get some boxes and received unbelievable customer service from the gentleman in the box shop. I regrettably didn’t get his name but my interaction with him has immediately improved my week. Idk what he’s getting paid but it should be more! 10/10 will look for a reason to come back!
Warwick goes above and beyond to provide a personalised service. Every moving need is catered for from packing goods to long and short term personal and business storage and also moving trucks. Would recommend SKB to anyone - extremely helpful.
If you're ever in search of a storage place which is guaranteed to have the best anti-burglary and anti-break-in alarms in this area, give Storage King Bulimba a go. Seemingly, they have lots of attempts on their premises every week and the alarms go off regularly, scaring the bad guys away. Therefore, your goods are perfectly safe there.
My experience with Storage King Bulimba has been fantastic! Andrew and Warwick have assisted in every step of my initial removal to changes in storage needs and now to my next move. The trucks, trolleys and packing / storage materials are great, the facility easy to access and the team offer amazing support. Recommend highly!
Warwick and the team at Storage King Bulimba are incredibly professional, friendly and conscientious. The facility is well organised and easy to use, and I am pleased to say that my furniture remained dry, safe and secure for the past 18 months while stored at Storage King Bulimba. The most notable thing about this business is the people. I dealt with both Warwick and Richard over the past 18 months, and they were always very friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist where possible. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with them and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this facility.
The service I received from Warwick and Paul was fantastic. Warwick explained every single procedures very clearly in a friendly manner. They even helped me to move three pallets out of the container into the storage and the same when I went to pick them up. Highly recommended.
Fantastic service received from Storage King whilst storing my belongings there for the past year and more. Warwick and the rest of the team were friendly, approachable and incredibly helpful from the word go and offered a very professional service throughout. Very happy with our experience here. From the start everything was easy. The storage shed we received was very clean and tidy. Getting in and out whenever we wanted was super easy, everyone was very helpful and the fact that we could use a truck and troll made the entire process so easy. Very happy with king storage bulimba, highly recommend.
YOU CANNOT GO WRONG WITH STORAGE KING BULIMBA.My girlfriend and I had a medium sized storage container with Storage King Bulimba for a little under a year. Throughout moving in, moving out and in between we were always taken a back by how amazing and accommodating the staff is. Ridiculously friendly and eager to help which we did not expect from a self storage company. Could not recommend enough.
We responded to an ad on gumtree for some left over pallets that were for sale as we were hoping to build an outdoor lounge. The team was incredibly helpful and went well beyond their job description to help us not only in selecting the pallets but also to help us transport them. We only came to pick up pallets but the excellent customer service means that we will be suggesting this store to anyone who is looking for self storage because the service was just amazing. Richard was an absolute champion and it is clear the he really puts his all into his job.
