Great service, over the phone and in person. Was able to get my box from Sydney to Brisbane without issues, and arranged for re-access in short notice. Very much satisfied with their service and would definitely use their service again

Inconsiderate drivers dumped a box in the communal driveway blocking 2 garages. Unable to get it moved to allow residents in/out of their garages until some time the next day. Absolutely unacceptable! If they had bothered to look at the width of the driveway they would have realised this! Will never consider using these idiots or recommend them to anyone!

Too good to be true. I thought this was a good way to easily get my things stored and dropped off at my new place, but it's more trouble than it's worth. They called me the day before dropping off the box, but not on the actual day, which is a bit odd since it would be good to have a heads up. When the box was redelivered, they put in a tow away zone and I wasn't there when they dropped it off. When I asked them to move it aside, they wanted to charge me $60 it! It makes no sense to pay for their lack of communication. Also, when I did actually open up my taxi box, everything was everywhere! There were heavy duty boxes with holes on them from being knocked against other things. Good thing I didn't have anything fragile in it.

My experience with Taxibox was excellent and I'd definitely use them again. I was surprised by how much stuff I fit into one box! The pick up and drop off process was also a breeze. My only complaint would be the accounts department. I was charged for an extra month even though my Taxibox was being dropped off. I contacted them via email and they adjusted it for me to say I owed 3 days instead BUT they asked how I'd pay. I replied back straight away and said I had sent it via bank deposit. I then checked my account and they had taken the money anyway, so I'd paid the remainder twice. Again, they fixed it for me. All in all, great company!

This is a fantastic service. The Taxi Box was delivered and taken away on time. Fees were very reasonable. Communication was clear and prompt. Would definitely use this service again. Thank you all.
