Not a right place to have a rental car branch, no proper AVIS sign, drive 3 times in the street to find them. No car park. Was the first and last time for me.

Bad too bad sorry! "be back in 5 minutes" sign it's not a good sign! 
No small  cars available, only commodores (more expensive) extra $$ to drop it at the airport into Avis branch:( What?
Family of 4 trying to rent, walked out empty, counter officer unable to persuade or unwilling to close a deal, me? out empty and disappointed.
Just pick up your game Sir.

There is no Avis car rental office at this address.  There IS a Bayswater Hire Car office at 15 Queen Victoria St, and the Avis office is in Queen St about 500 meters west.

Bayswater Hire Cars provide a good service and the lowest rental rates in the area.

Provided by a NON Hire car person.
