Took a renta Fromm welshpool. Was told to take out the “ ultimate insurance” Paid $36 on top for 24 hours. Needed to make a claim And guess what terms and condition which they don’t make available rule out almost any type of occurrence. It’s a con don’t buy it!

I have reported this company for theft. Truck returned and tank filled as far to the top as it could go and the petrol station was less than 2k away. Upon getting my $500 deposit returned $48 was removed for fuel. I did the maths and my fuel recept and kl travel balanced so there fore it can only be theft. I wrote to Thrifty and was told too bad so sad. So we will see who will be sad when the business is charged. Take this as a warning ⚠️ go to another company not thrifty.

Can't complain about this place. Centrally located, picked up the car we ordered, dropped it off in one piece and no fuss. Will definitely be returning!

It seems that they don't have enough staff running on normal business hours.. It took us more than 40mins just to pick up a car..

Didn't charge me for an extra days early pick up or cleaning.. the car was covered in red dirt. Excellent, reliable service.
