Good efficient service at prices that are hard to beat. I prefer to use this place over the super cheap outfits near the airport. Only downsides are that it's closed Sunday afternoon and only opens at 8 during the week (although I've dropped in closer to 7:30 without complaint)

I have unpleasantly had to deal with Europcar in Perth CBD for over a month after car hire. Firstly, staff gradually became unfriendly, sarcastic and rude, portraying their frustration with our lack of car hire experience. Secondly, their customer services/ accounts team are horrible to deal with, advising of processing days starting at less than 7 business days, then 14, then 21, with no record of actions performed on your "account", currently fuelling a goose chase between Europcar and our banks. Will never use Europcar again P.S. thoroughly check your condition report and be sure to take photos of your given vehicle before leaving the property

The staff are nice. Car was reasonable, however the inside was not so clean. I would recommend this place.

Car was clean and very nice to drive. Staff were great as well. From booking to pickup it all went very smoothly.
