Stayed at Averill Court Feb 16th and 17th. Perfect place. Winnie just lovely and just so helpful. Booked our Cream Trip for us and obtained 10% off for us. We were able to leave our car there for the day, no charge, as we had no booking for that night. Then Winnie contacted us to say she had cancellations and had rooms available for us. Great Service. Immaculately clean rooms. We would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Great value accommodation! Very quiet motel, clean room and really comfortable beds. The owner was so welcoming and helpful. Only 10 minutes walk to the shops and wharf in Paihia. We really enjoyed our stay.
