took my car in with an engine misfire, was initially impressed at how accommodating staff member was to take my car prior to workshop opening. I called them twice throughout the day and they advised me that they thought it was one of the coils in the engine cylinder that was causing the misfire but they were currently trying to figure out which one. They also advised me that my engine was leaking trans fluid. When I collected my car, they charged me $100 for labour to find a fault that they did not end up finding, and advised me that to replace a coil it would cost $200 for the part. I googled the part and was able to find the online price of $69 for brand new ignition coil for my particular car. They also charged me $50 to replace 2 litres of transmission fluid. As I only recently bought the car, I was looking for a place to take it for regular servicing and had I felt more comfortable that I was not being a little taken advantage of (especially for quote of replacement of coil and labour costs) I would have likely taken my car there for future servicing. Unfortunately i will now be looking elsewhere, for servicing and also to fix my current issue that is still not resolved.

Cost effective repairs but had to go back and forth due to small carpark. No on site parking while work was being completed.

Had the Timing belt and Aircon fixed for less than others had quoted for one job. Excellent service for a very fair price. Doesn't get any better than that! Highly Recommend.
