The owners are always very helpful and go above and beyond to make sure your needs are attended to. Being a somewhat clumsy driver I have taken my car there quite a few times and gotten things fixed to the standard of, 'brand new'. After waiting an excessive amount of time to have hail damage repaired on my mother's car, we took the rest of the family cars to Welland and they got them back to us 3 times quicker than any other repairer. Very happy, excellent customer service.

My car was repaired after quite a bad accident to a brand new standard - I like my car better now than it was before! Carlos & Marianne are so friendly and understand when you head into their business, they have extensive experience in the industry, are professional but take care of you as though you are family.
