I very rarely leave reviews on experiences I’ve had but today I stepped away from my regular mechanic and gave these guys a go after reading the positive reviews I saw on google and needing to get my car seen to on the ASAP I’ve got to say I was extremely impressed with the professionalism from the guys I went in with what a thought was going to be a general service and check up on a couple of things and I left a little more out of pocket than I had initially budgeted for but the quality of work and the effort put into my car was well worth it. Rob had thoroughly gone through my car and found a number of underlying issues which my regular mechanic had either not picked up on or told me about and before going ahead with fixing it, he contacted me to discuss this and gave me a price on what it would cost to fix up. When I arrived back at the shop, they team had washed and vacuumed my car and make it look good as new. Yes there is a $20 fee for the wash and vacuum – if you pay for it as outlined in their price list. Rob walked me through what they had done and showed me my old brakes and how bad they were. He gave me a detailed little booklet on the testing they had done and a thorough detailed receipt of everything. The reviews really are as good as they say! Terrific service, friendly people, and one happy customer. I definitely will come back to these guys. The only downside was being without my car for most of the working day, and you you pay a bit more but well worth the money for the quality of work done!

I contacted these guys through email and others for quotes. I was met with a quick response and great price. Others took a couple of days to get back to me with higher prices. I thought I needed the Valley Cover and Rocket Cover done because that is what I had been told by to previous mechanics. I could only take my car there on the weekend. The best part is they let me drop it off Friday night to save the hassell of doing it Saturday morning. They called me to let me know that it wasn't the Valley Cover the Rocket Cover was fine it was leaking through somewhere else. I can't remember because I didn't write it down. I was quoted $680 and $750 from the other quotes that I received back. I walked away on paying $179. All I can say is that Eric and his team are honest. Before taking my car their they quoted me $520 to do the other jobs that I thought needed done because I was told they did. So I would have still come out in front. But the honesty of not just doing the work for the money and just fixing the problem they have found is a big bonus in my book. Car is still working great and the best part no more leaks. Well done guys I will be coming back for sure.

Moving from the country to Adelaide it was very hard to find a reasonable and liable mechanic that you could trust with your car. So happy that I found these guys. The team at Adelaide Automotive Repair Centre are fantastic. I've been going to them for years. They always do a thorough job and go above and beyond to keep their customers happy. Highly recommend them to anyone. Belinda Eldridge

They were very thorough and detailed about what needed to be looked at now or in the future in good, clear description. Excellent customer service and great value! very friendly staff as well, will recommend to anyone looking for a service. Ian Darke
