I obtained a written quote by having my car physically inspected by staff. However, when I arrived to pick it up, an extra $500 appeared on the bill because he'd "forgotten" to add an item. When I was like what the... and asked him to explain, he threatened to take the item out to which I said go ahead. He backed down. I paid my original quote and while he was speaking to other staff in another language basically threw the receipt at me. A really unpleasant, intimidating experience. When my husband saw me upset about it, he went in to inquire as to what had gone on and the bloke DENIED it had ever happened and that I "must have been confused"!!!!!! From that point on, I have told everyone I know - particularly women - to avoid this place like the plague. There are better mechanics around.

My go to mechanic now. I used a scoopon to check out Fox Automotive and I was so impressed with their service that I now only go there to get my car repairs completed. They are cost effective, fantastic and friendly service and do good quality work. I have only compliments for Fox Automotive and highly recommend it to anyone.

Went there seeing a 65$ scoopon deal, from the time we walk in to the door they start to upsale. By saying It's a V6 engine need extra money for engine oil Blah blah. And within few minutes you will get a exorbitant Quotes For changing cabin filter 69 $ :P Air filter 49$ etc. I recommend you guy's to avoid this business as Plague (Unless you know how stuff works and you are just lazy like me to change engine oil/filter :P).
