Was there to get my AC repaired, very good price and it works perfectly fine now. They also checked my engine oil and replaced the missing litres for free. That's what I call customer service. Highly recommend if you need your car to be checked.

This place is fantastic! The customer service from the service manager was professional and provided me with information and a great price. To add to the great service my car is good as new. Would never go anywhere else!

Put my wife's car in for a service, the guys who worked on the car were professional, and we're able to explain all issues, before work was started. Highly recommend and will do business there again.

Took my car in the other day to check why my window was playing up and not going back up. Staff were nice BUT i think they may have been taking advantage of a young female thinking i wouldn't know any better... When they told me it was the regulator that's broken and can't be fixed and that i will need a new one, they quoted me $950 or $550 for a 2nd hand one which was SO hard for them to find. so i said no to them fixing it, came back to work and found a brand new regulator & motor through one of our suppliers for $125.00 and i will get a friend at work to replace it on my car. Its such a shame when you think you can go in and trust mechanic's and they go and pull stunts like this..the $950 would also have a labour charge chucked on top of it. Will never go back to Auto Masters and im pretty sure there is the ACCC isn't it that you can put complaints in about dodgy business'? I highly recommend, especially if you are a female...do NOT got to Auto Masters. They will just try rip you off.
