I highly recommend Auto Masters Adelaide. I have loathed getting my car serviced over the years however Andrew is great and I am glad to be back having my car serviced by him and his team. It can be challenging to get your car serviced without having any mechanical background. Andrew will go through everything that is needed or not needed and ensure he makes contact before proceeding. Honest good advice with a good price will go a long way. Had my car serviced today and had a minor engine repair needed issue know with Mazda 3. Appreciate that he was honest and gave good advice. Customer service is brilliant and gives peace of mind knowing my car is being well serviced.
We called in as our car made horrible noises 15 min before they closed, we were located next door. We have a Rooftop tent so it was impossible for us to sleep in the city so we needed someone to check our car before finding a place to sleep. Well they said no and left us in the unfortunate situation that we were in. A quick lock to tell us, wether we could drive on without having to worry would have been enough but no help from Auto Masters. I don't know about their service but this reaction to a customer in trouble is worth 1 Star. No wonder you couldn't find my name in your system, as you didn't even want me to come to your place.
What a great service I received today! Had to drive long way interstate today and found out the head lights aren’t working. Called this brunch asking if I can pass by so they change globes, they let me in, changed everything with no time. One more future customer :Service: General repairs & maintenance
Mark has been very helpful to me. I just went for the minor check up of my car and re-fuel it up. Superb service guys very cooperative and he even has not charged me anything even I wanted to. Great service.
If you want your car serviced this is the place to go. I have used both shops that are owned by the same owner this one and Christies Beach and the service is phenomenal. Andrew and his team are honest, considerate and trust worthy. They go above and beyond. I love that they are able to explain my car in lay mans terms. The team here is great! Always go out of their way to accomodate you and are super helpful and friendly. I always go here for services because I know they are trustworthy and this week when my car broke down and they couldn't fix it, they didn't charge me and offered some great advice for the next step. Will definitely keep going here for my future services :

Really good guys over there. I had some issue with my car but I wasn’t sure what it was so they checked my car on the same day and provided me information what needs to be fixed. They didn’t charge anything even they spent some time with it. Really good attitude. I save a lot of time and also some money !

I have been using the Auto Masters Adelaide branch exclusively since moving to Adelaide in 2010, on several vehicles now, and found them to always be trustworthy and offering customer service and mechanical service/repairs without peer. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending anyone to call Marc, the manager, to discuss any and all vehicle service requirements you may have. Well priced, friendly and most importantly, trustworthy - everything you want in a mechanic! Update 23/08/22 - Just had all four shocks replaced at Automasters Adelaide, price was just over a half what quoted by Pedders, job done in just over 2hrs. Excellent service and fantastic prices Highly recommended!
