Great clean workshop with exceptional customer service, looks after all my vehicles now from private to business cars, very reasonably priced for good quality parts, great communication and will get authorisation on most work needed. Love it keep up the good work Sandra, you team and your workshop are highly recommended.

Sandra and Grant...absolutely fantastic people and service is second to none !!. Nothing too much of a problem...I bugged them with questions and concerns and came away confident and re-assured. Highly recommend if you want good old values not often experienced these days.

They look after my fleet of vans. Communication and turn around time is important so the vans are not off the road for long. Carrington St Auto have always fulfilled this requirement.

I would highly recommend this workshop to anyone who is looking for honesty, reliability and experience. We have afew cars in our family from old to near new. The owner and staff fixed our vehicle that went to 3 other workshops that robbed our money but didn't fix our issue. Our new car is under manufacturers warranty and not only did they service and stampef my log book but found an issue with a recall and alerted me on a safety issue and guided me in the right direction. YES I would highly recommend this workshop

I took my car in there to have the steering rack boots replaced, as they had split. They told me that I need to replace the entire steering rack, the power steering pump and a high pressure hose! They then proceeded to quote me exorbitant prices for the replacement parts for a total of $1,600, and then told me that my car was unsafe to drive. I took my car to another mechanic, who told me that none of that was necessary at all. He then changed my steering rack boots and did a wheel alignment for less than Carrington Street Auto quoted for that job. Bottom line - rip off merchants who completely oversell work and advise customers that replacement parts are required when they really aren't. Will not be returning
