Fast booking, very friendly service. I told them my budget and they stuck to it, I always felt in control of the service and repairs done to my car. I highly recommend if you're after great service and efficiency.

Abysmal service. Rude, condescending and highly unprofessional. Partner organised a tyre to be fitted in the morning (paid upfront as per their pushy and confronting demand) and completed by lunchtime. Didn't complete in the agreed time frame but promised it would be done later that afternoon and she'd get a call. No call. Spoke with them the following day and said they were just now sourcing a tyre (information only given to us after 24 hours in limbo). Left it another day after that and speaking to them on the third morning were advised they actually couldn't help at all. Went to Bridgestone on Gouger and they sorted it in under an hour for a much, much cheaper price!!!. Dreadful customer service from poorly informed and utterly uninterested staff. Will not use again.

Wife went in to get a damaged tyre replaced. We payed $420 each from our usual dealer. Fortunately she asked how much before it was fitted. They quoted near enough to $600. When questioned were happy to price match. Just because your customer is a female doesn't give you the rite to charge ridiculous prices. Won't go there ever again.....oh and of course the valve cap wasn't refitted.
