Just purchased heaps of statues for my garden, great service very friendly. They had amazing deals and great quality statues.
My mum has had a lovely experience in purchasing her pot stand. The service was handled outstandingly.
Recent visits to this store has made me come to the conclusion the owners have no intention to “close down” ! Their exorbitant pricing with no clearly marked “discounts” . Clearance signs on front fence don’t match items or pricing in store. They are in no hurry to close as they own the site, just patiently waiting for unsuspecting genuine people to rip off.
Reena is very friendly, professional. Helpful and very nice to deal with. Prices are very reasonable. Competitive and they have high p quality products. I will buy again from them and will refer it to my friends and colleagues.
I recently purchased a water fountain from this business had the best experience staff are so friendly. Outstanding customer service. If you are looking at purchasing anything for your garden I highly recommend you visit them.
Although the statue I ordered took longer than expected to arrive, it was well worth the wait. I am thrilled to pieces with it. Reena was very friendly and pleasant to deal with.

I purchased and received a beautiful birdbath via personal delivery. I am absolutely thrilled with my garden ornament for all the small birds who visit our garden. The staff at Australian Garden Ornaments were very kind and it was lovely meet to them.
Im really impressed with Reena’s customer service and quality of their products.Just bought an angel on a very good price which was much more expensive in other garden stores.I will definetly buy again and highly recomend this store to others
I have to edit what was a very positive review see below. Our beautiful bird bath had a crack in it so it leaks. I contacted Australian Garden Ornaments but they did not respond. I called and emailed. I eventually spoke with one person who said they never replaced 'broken' items. I sent through photos as it was obviously a manufacturing fault, but there was no response. I am so disappointed in their lack of interest and service when there was a problem. We now have a white elephant rather than a cherub in the backyard. FIRST REVIEW: Very helpful, kept me up to date with the time frame for delivery and delivered to the door. The cherub bird bath is gorgeous.
