This is a great nursery and the best thing are the staff - always helpful and friendly. Recently there was a mix-up with some plants I had ordered and they rectified it at their expense, whereas most places would have just made me wait for the next weekend, so fantastic service.
After being a regular customer here - I ordered 70 plants for my workplace after getting a sample from the Heatherton store. What we received were plants less than half the height of what I ordered. Sarah and Darcy were both incredibly rude on the phone and only provided a refund after several lengthy phone calls. I was never informed I may get plants less than half the size of the sample. Almost $40 each for tiny plants not fit for purpose. Sarah initially refused to refund the delivery fee and then said she would take care of it. I was then later told via email that no, they wouldn't refund the delivery charge. Will not be supporting this business again.
The team at Diaco’s Heatherton were absolutely amazing in helping with a last minute request for my wedding: I needed 6 small plants to create a symbolic inner circle to get married in. I didn’t know what I wanted, but the team was brilliant in picking out beautiful plants and potting them - the day before the wedding. Thank you!

Hello, I would just like to give a special mention and thanks to Billy who helped my husband and I buy the perfect dwarf orange tree, along with a pot and all the things we needed to make this a feature piece for outside our laundry. He was very helpful in finding exactly what we did and didn't not need and providing advice for us beginner gardeners. We are very grateful for the outstanding customer service we received. Thank you Billy.
Bruno and Walley have outstanding customer service - they really know their plants and soil. I found them to be flexible and very understanding to my needs, and actually went beyond the call of duty! Thank you!
Bought 30 strawberry seedlings, which looked a bit different from each other. staff told me they were exactly the same. But when summer came, I found more than half of those strawberry seedlings are bad variety, 90% of that variety fruits are deformed. and their fruits are tiny, sour and easy to get rotten. The other variety perform good under the same condition. Their strawberries really lemme down, but other seedlings are fine.
Good range of plants at great prices. They make their own fertiliser which is really good.
