Friendly and easy to deal with team. Went in for some stones to line a pathway. Ordered the stones at 10am and had them delivered at 12:30pm. Quick turnaround and good crew to deal with. Will be back again.

I have used Daisy several times in the last 10 years and have always received excellent service. I recently had a truck deliver to my townhouse in a narrow shared lane way in Dandenong. The driver was able to deliver in such a way that did not inconvenience or block in my neighbors which is always a concern in shared spaces such as these. The driver was terrific, had a great attitude and could probably unload onto a 50c piece if requested. Highly recommended, have never been let down.
Just experienced great over the phone customer service by Mark at carrum downs store. First thing on a Saturday morning during Covid lockdown when the business would be slammed with orders for delivery he was patient and extremely helpful, taking the time to give me advice on what I should get for my garden beds etc. without making me feel I was taking up his time. I only had a small order but he treated me as if I was making an order for thousands of dollars. Great service, thanks so much Mark.
Daisy's helped with delivering everything for our front yard project 12 months ago in lockdown. Fast forward a year and I needed sleepers, rapid set, steel mesh and landscaping rocks during lockdown six. Great customer service from phone to delivery, thank you.
I would like to thank Mark for taking the order. For the delivery driver Denis for being so patient why waiting for me and asking where I would like the crushed rock instead of putting like most where they want it was a pleasant change. Dealing with staff at Carrum Downs makes the job go smoothly. I definitely will be using them again in the future. Keep up the good work.
Great range of products, competitive prices, and helpful team. Also, clear signage as safety to separate customer areas from staff or vehicle areas, and safety checkin so the team knows where people are.
