First rate service. Damo and the team will go above and beyond to help you with your garden project. Incredibly knowledgeable and super friendly. They also do great firewood, at a good price, delivered to your door. Can’t recommend them enough !

UGC Ordered in what I needed, called me to let me know it had arrived, then when ordering my load, supplied the load on the same day in the arvo at a time convenient to both parties, and dropped it under a carport up top of a quite steep driveway. This firm has experience and knowledge to get the job done right.

Damian is so helpful, great service whenever I need to pick up a load of redgum.

Ordering over the phone, doesnt matter what product it is, it arrives when they say it will.. very helpful  with advice. friendly owners, good range of plants and all the things your garden needs to grow a nd look good...

Really great knowledge of their products and delivery was a breeze. We normally have a few issues with delivery drivers, especially living in Mt Dandenong. But no problems here. Literally in and out. It was the easiest delivery yet. Thank you

Really good quality products at great prices. Staff that are more than happy to help and know their products back to front. Will continue to purchase locally from these guys as service with a smile is hard to find now days.

Notified them I’d be using their service a lot in the new year and have been working in Upwey since end of December and they still aren’t open yet claim to be 7 days a week. I fear they’re gone bankrupt or extended holiday. They should let locals know their plans. Disappointing.

I picked up a load of Redgum firewood and it was a really nice experience, the guys were great and helped me load the boot. The wood seems good quality. I'll be back

After ordering with Chelsea, Damian made a delivery to us on Friday, half euca mulch and 2 metres of Lilycan toppings. Delivery was on time, great product and Damian helped with careful spread of toppings and unloading on mulch onto tarp. I can't speak highly enough of the professional and friendly service Chelsea and Damian provided, I highly recommend them for any garden requirements. We have used many suppliers for mulch, soil, etc however from now on will be using Upwey Garden Centre from now on for all our garden needs.

Incredibly nice, helpful owners, very approachable and all round give the best customer service!! Competitive or cheaper prices than the other local garden centre. If you want great honest service I can not recommend this business enough!!
