thank you. Great advice given. ordered and delivered in a small timeframe. Delivery driver was very helpful and spaced pallets out in backyard to help us. Great looking turf. Such an easy great turf experience. Ran a little short so will be back.
Mark and Lee were so helpful and lovely to deal with. Kikuyu turf was beautiful colour and quite thick. Definitely recommend.
Appalling service. The picture below shows the type of turf that this company delivers to its customers. When delivered, the grass was brown and almost dead. Repeated phone calls by the turf installer and myself were no use at all. Since then, the grass has completely died. I can't emphasise enough how unhelpful the company has been. Avoid at all costs.
This is great place to shop for all of your grass and retaining wall needs. Leigh the owner has a wealth knowledge and is always willing to help and isn't in the business of ripping people off.
Their website says Open 7:30-12:00 Saturday. I wanted to buy instant turf. I travelled 30 minutes to get to their shop today saturday but the shop still close at at 09:20 am. I've trued calling them but no one answered the phobe. I wasted my time today .so frustrating. I already prepared the site for laying the turf
Completely unprofessional. All friendly on the phone when placing the order and taking your money. That's where it stops. I placed an order and was asked where I wanted the delivery. The turf was delivered 20m away from where I stipulated. When asked to come and relocate to the stated location, they responded with the typical tradie stuff-up comment "sorry about that, but we don't do that". When I insisted that they had made the mistake and that they needed to take responsibility, they then treated me as a 'difficult customer' and took the turf without my consent. Run by a pack of disorganised morons. Avoid this company and use an alternative supplier.

I ordered 270 square from Melbourne turf and it's fantastic quality. Hastle free great service. You guys are my number one for turf thanks Mark and the boys.
Wonderful experience with the workers and the kikuyu turf was of the highest quality as well as great communication with the driver upon delivery.
Pleasure dealing with the gentleman here.. very knowledgeable and helpful. Great quality product sold here
