The customer service was appalling. Staff were less than helpful, responding to queries by barely looking up from their mobile phones, and utterly disinterested and contemptuous. I understand it’s a DIY,/self-service business, but they were completely reluctant to assist even when you asked for their advice/assistance. Very poor and we will definitely travel further a field for supplies, next time.

I have been in the building trade for over a couple of decades now. Having picked up supplys and receiving deliverys from Surrey hills garden supply, they have always delivered on time with a good quality product. Great service.
