Always a huge queue during the few moments it is accessible to those who work normal hours.

Staff chatting eachother and I was waiting to be served even though I was the only one in the queue. Finally when I was called I asked a simple question about the address and she was so rude and didn't even help. Never again will go there. They really need things changed I am not blaming all the staffs but the one with glasses that served me..

Absolute terrible service. Waited 20 minutes in the passport photo line to then be told I have to go back to the normal line ( which is now out the door ) due to lack of staff and skill. Even tho there is a sign saying to line up for photos and ID checks they don't allow you to line up there. Waste of my time and didn't allow me to get my photos done. Ridiculous and disappointing
