Poor Service, have too wait long in line. The other day l went to the Post Office in Morley and l encountered a blonde middle aged woman. She was so rude to customers and didn’t even bother doing her job properly. I highly wouldn’t recommend that you go to this Post Office in Morley. What a disappointment!
Trashy low-life young female behind the counter refused to help witness a document. I went to another place and had it witnessed in seconds
Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed. Was in store this week and saw a couple trying to understand how to fill out a particular form and there was clearly a language barrier. The staff member was extremely unhelpful and became condescending and rude to the customer. The customer was very calm throughout. As this person moved to the side to fill out the form again the ladies behind the counter were openly laughing together and talking loudly about this person whilst they were still in the store! It was a couple with children present and I was embarrassed for them. Gross! I’d be fired from my job on the spot for ever dealing with a customer in this way.
Never had a more professional experience at a post office. No fuss just knew her job verry well! Great work Diane il definitely be coming back.

I didn't catch the name of the lady, but looking at other peoples comments we are all definitely talking about the same person. I have no idea why AusPost would continue to have her in a customer facing position, let alone keep her employed at all. I was interrogated as if I was a spy for the KGB and was given an array of reasons as to why I couldn't collect my parcel, addressed to my house but under my brothers name, despite the "addressee only" to collect box not being ticked. After she went and talked to her manager I was given my parcel, sure I understand the customer isn't always right and you need to exercise due diligence, but I was right and brought the right documentation, she was condescending for no reason.
Costumer service is very bad,not even 0.Lady behind the desk was so arrogant and she looked like she can't be bothered serving you.If you don't want job give to someone who is desperate to work. We send some parcel to Sweden and lady said to pay expres delivery will be there in between 8 and 10day,thanks good after 30 days parcel has arrived .
Went in there 2 pick up a passport. The THING there with the scarf pulled a face at me when I replied yup to it.. then when she seen I saw, she went bk 2 acting... C#$&face
The worst service - continually. Not to mention turning up a number of times to the early collection for it not to be open.
