Pathetic staff. Staff member named Greg has some issues, doesn't want to do anything. Sullen face no greetings nothing. He asks questions as if I am the one behind counter. Doesn't know anything. He sent me to Morley post office because he didn't wanted to help. PATHETIC
Great customer service by Krystal, she was very helpful unlike staff at other Australia Post offices.
Deliberately finished work early to go and lodge our families 4 x passport applications. Turned up at 4:20pm, waited till 4:30pm to be seen and immediately we said what we were there for the faces of the 2 women working turned to scowls - before they even knew it was for 4 x applications - as if to say oh no I'm going to have to work a little bit later tonight - already clock watching at 4:30pm. After a pretty frosty confrontation and being told to do it on a Saturday we then had the doormat of a manager say we can't deal with this today as we don't want to work till 5:10pm when we should be closing at 5pm. How about this buddy, you actually offer customer service and apologise you are unable to action this today but let's try and book an appointment for you, when is good for you ? THAT"S CUSTOMER SERVICE. We were also advised you need to make a booking to lodge passport applications which we were not aware of, so our bad !!! Refrained myself from really losing it and went home and straight on-line to investigate making an online booking. What a shock, you can't even book an appointment for this Aus Post and those places you can book at don't have any availability for an appointment this month. Also can't get through on any of the available contact numbers to book anything at places where you can't book online - What an absolute shambles.
The staff here are alright. I'm just so confused as to how a post office can only be open 9-5 weekdays and close weekends? How am I suppose to collect my mail if I work full time?
It is actually so frustrating receiving a delivery card with your business hours eg open on Saturdays and the shop isn’t actually open. This makes collecting parcels and mail near on impossible for people that work office hours. When are we supposed to collect our stuff?!
I received an email that an item I was waiting for was delivered to my home address, but I did not receive it. I have used the Australia Post website to get help but I get a blank page. I attempted to call but I get an answering machine and cannot talk to any one. I do understand that these are difficult times but that is the case for me also. I have not been able to work for months making the lost item relatively costly. I consider this very poor and the virus should not be an excuse to make the Australia Post invisible.
I had the worst experience at the Dianella post office today. I was going in to submit a passport application and the bald bearded guy with glasses refused to serve me. His excuse was that his colleagues were already doing passport applications & he can’t be doing this as well. There was one other person behind me and that was all. To me that’s very poor service. It’s your job to serve & he declined to do so. I did the right thing queued up and waited my turn only to be rudely dismissed. He had a very bad attitude about the whole thing. I then waited aside to be served by one of the other staff who just didn’t care. I waited aside & they were just continued serving the people in line. By this time there was a long line. I left without getting my application submitted. I have been to several post offices and have never experienced anything like this. Very poor, disgusting service. It shouldn’t matter what customers are requesting service for. You don’t get to pick and choose what to do easier. ***NOTE: could not submit this post without selecting a rating. Zero from me***
Always had good service however I just wish that they were open on Saturdays even if it was for a few hours as it makes it hard to collect parcels for those that work weekdays.
Had very good service here today. It was extremely busy but they were very helpful to me.
Open hour on delivery cards incorrect. Annoyingly wasting my time
