I just went to the Post Office that is located in Noranda with my wife who is Hijabi and there was a lady who was standing at the front counter, once my wife entered the store she started to pretend that she is busy doing something with a small box, I waited there saying nothing till another lady got in the store and immediately she jumped to serve her.nI believe that she was a racist which is something unacceptable in Australia.nI highly don’t recommend dealing with that store and its staff.nI hope that the Australian government pay some attention to these kind of people.
Came in this morning 8/1/24 and both staff at the counter were continuously coughing. Especially the older blonde lady. I mean non-stop coughing. Continuous. I ran out of there. If they're sick, they should remain home or at least wear a mask. They could have covid and give it to an elderly person.
This store is amazing and the staff are fantastic. If you want to contact the store, it is best to go through the lucky charms Facebook page.nI was having trouble calling the store as I was on holidays but my parcel was still here when I got back, and the ladies were very helpful and told me how to contact the store in the future.nnThank you!
Phone diverts to mobile which is constantly off. Can't come in due to having covid and I have a urgent enquiry that the Auspost customer service number can't help with. Thanks a lot.
