Went to post off one of those DNA hertitage tests. Asked if there’s anything else I needed to do except put a stamp on it. Nope was assured it was all ok and good to go. Two weeks later it comes back coz it needs a declaration on it. What’s the point in going to post office if they have no idea how to send parcels overseas??

I’m taking the time to do this review on 20/6/2022 at 9:30 am. For the lady name Jocelyn at the post office knox. Bad service, not feel welcome, only friendly with people she likes and so fake. I usually don’t be bothered to give feedback but after I had the encounter with her, I sat in front of post office to write this feedback. Just to let her know how awful I felt. I hope you have a wonderful day Jocelyn as you made some people feel Awful.

Had a pleasant experience recently on 4th Jan afternoon when renewing my son's passport. The staff attending to me was welcoming,  warm and friendly and patient too. She was attending the extreme left counter .

Went to pick up my item on the last day of the reminder. Get told sorry already been sent back to the sender. This is not acceptable and should be communicated on reminder notice. The guy that served me was nice but I had to track it down and try get it re directed which was an impossible task to get through on the phone. Anyway disappointing service.

There is is a midage lady with curly hair she was rude to customer just because I didn't want to get extra cover on my parcel or she is just racist. I think she needs to learn how to respect people and improve her customer service.

Staff here are super friendly and helpful. One of the ladies who helped me went beyond and above with my query. Note: Can be a little difficult to find without the centre map as Google maps isn't great at indicating the levels. I think it's a good sized shop as well. I would go out of my way to use this Auspost if I was sending multiple and/or important items.

Exceptional customer service from the the Team at Knox City Shopping Centre Branch. They do remember their customers and have offered me consistent and caring service which makes sending and receiving parcels a wonderful experience! Keep up your good work, Team!! Gani Ganegoda

Unriendly and rather unhelpful staff, unlike other post offices!

This is my local post office but I won’t be returning after my experience today. I used the self checkout due to the long queue for over the counter service, all I had to do was pay a bill and send a parcel. A lady working stood right next to me and I mean so close she was almost touching my shoulder the whole time watching me, I felt very victimised having my every move watched. She also sighed at me when I had to check my phone due to insufficient funds, but it wasn’t like I was standing there doing nothing.... I was multi-tasking scanning through my parcel at the same time. They should get better staff that don’t treat customers like criminals for no reason.

The staff there are so rude and arrogant. Australia Post really need to review how this Post Office operates.  Will be going to Studfield LPO at least they serve you with a smile and are polite.
