Wantirna Medical Clinic

My husband and I have been a clients at the clinic for 27 years and have always been extremely pleased with the service we have received. The reception staff are wonderful as are the doctors we have seen. We would both recommend it to everyone. Thanks Liz and John

Called clinic to ask if i could make an appointment to see my doctor got told he was not there and probably not coming back ??? Worried for him i called his phone to find out that he was still working !!! I like my doctor cause he spends time to help me and doesnt rush his appointments!!

I have been a patient at the clinic for over 5 years I see my GP once a month and often in between I have found the desk staff to be a pleasure and very helpful even when obviously busy with phones e.t.c. sometimes you just have to have patience when they do get to you they are quick and efficient... my GP is the best and I only know them as a patient.

I've been seeing the same GP here for 8 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. However, the reception staff are consistently rude. A couple of them are nice, (Mandy). But most are very condescending or just ignore me to finish their personal conversations.
