Worst customer service ever. The only thing they do is lie lie and lie. Mitch is the worst guy to deal with, i ordered a handset with him a year ago and still haven’t received anything and still waiting for the handse and whenever i call him he never picks up the phone. I dont recommend you use this Telstra.
I really wish that I could give this centre even less than 1 star. The customer service here is nothing short of appalling. From the very first phone call it was very apparent that they did not wish to assist us at all. We were given an appointment for 2pm and when we arrived and called to let them know we were there Stacey advised that there was no appointment and there was nothing she could do. When the phone was "disconnected" and we called back she had no hesitation in telling us she had hung up on us. When the original person we had spoken to was found, we were taken in & left sitting, with no explanation for 10minutes with still no sign of anyone to assist us. We left with the same handsets that Telstra are demanding be returned due to end of contract. We have NEVER in all our years been so dismissed by customer service staff.
Worst possible service with no accountability for their current staff. Have been dealing with this business centre for 7 years and up to over a year ago a wonderful lady looked after our account, and she offered fantastic service. Unfortunately she has since left and the two people that have since attempted to take over her position are useless. We have been constantly emailing and telephoning complaints for over 12 months only to receive either no reply or no accountability for the non response. They don't read the content or respond to emails and their boss is aware of all of these complaints and he doesn't want to know about it either.
slow and painful customer service from Mitch, promises the world and will not be able to deliver. Worse customer service possible, you will need to chase them up to get things done. Dont waste your time, time is $$$
You hear the NBN horror stories but not at the Telstra business centre in Dandenong! Initially reluctant to make any changes, Celine made the transition for our business so easy, no down time, excellent follow up and overall great customer service! Best service I have received in a long time from Telstra.
They organised a job to move our telephone system to our new office. Technicians were sent however they did not finish the job. They charge $825 without finishing the job. After two weeks they have still not fixed the problem hence we have hired another technician to complete what they didn't do. Due to this we have lost a substantial amount of calls and financial loss. Don't trust this business centre for any matters.
One of the worst companies ever. Sales guys lied and signed us up for a business connection - Never delivered on-time. No one returns calls or emails. 6 months later, still waiting for services to get connected. Do no deal with these liars. They will promise the world and deliver 0 outcomes
Slowest customer service department... to get a new phone on our business account i had to wait for more then half an hour. I was made to sit in dull suffocating room.... in the end when i had enough i left the centre and asked to cancel my request as i can get it quicker in normal telstra centre in shopping centres. Would not recommend them...
Awful experience - liars and cheats. They contacted me to tell me they could reduce my business monthly phone and internet bills. Existing bills were $350 per month, after they set up their system my average bill for the next 12 months was $750!!!! Not to mention the phone system they put in was ancient! They refused to do anything to help me, saying that's what I signed up for. Part of this bill was a White Pages business listing which I never asked for. I asked them to remove it and they told me I need to contact White Pages!! What a ridiculous thing to say. Asked if I could get out of my contract early because of all the troubles, unsurprisingly got told no. Decided to jump ship to Optus anyway because I can not stand dealing with them. I now have lightning fast internet, newer and better voip phones, 4 mobile phones, all for less than I was paying Telstra!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE - Chetan Vyas especially.
Hi Anne I recently purchased a DOT business phone and internet package from your store. The package included a 4G mobile backup system. Today is the 2nd time in 2 weeks our system has crashed. Unfortunately your technician did not install the 4G back up system, so now i an without phone lines again.Your company seems to be quite OK with charging for me for the back up system, why can't they install it as promised? I asked you to fix this last week and have heard nothing, why don't you respond to emails? I should have just purchased the far cheaper systems from Commander or Optus. You sold me on the reliability factor of the Telstra network, clearly that is not the case. Steve
