Received a notification from Startrack/Auspost to pick up my parcel from this LPO, with Business Hours stated for Monday to Friday from 08:30-18:00 - arrived at 17:05 to find it tightly shut- another reason to Not Trust Australia post.
I am moving and honestly one of the things im most sad about is not seeing the ladies at this post office- so friendly, so knowledgeable, amazing service, always so polite. Best Post Office by far!
They don't have a phone! The number listed will call Aus Post where you can then get help to track parcels. Be ready to wait a bit, but the staff are nice
So refreshing - a nice post office. The two women here are so friendly and helpful, I walk the extra five minutes to use this branch instead. Also a great newsagency - huge range of cards and stationery available.

As a Post Office it's fine, however as a Newsagent it's rubbish. They only have one que and as such if you go in there to make a quick paper/magazine etc you get to join a line of Post Office customers making slow transactions. It could be solved by some signage telling people to form seperate lines, but for whatever reason this hasn't been done. It's the only reason I avoid using this place as a News Agent.
terrible and lazy customer service. never scans my items and I never receive an email update when the delivery is brought to this post office. I always have to insist they check the back for my items. Very slow and lazy staff and also very discriminatory. They have differential treatment towards whites and people of colour. Everytime I go, they are so rude but I've seen them be very respectful and nice to the other white customers. Aust Post needs new staff.
Amazing customer service - not just with me, but as I witnessed with all their customers. Used them basically every day for multiple things while I was moving countries and they were so helpful and lovely with everything :
Very average customer service. The staff were quite rude and unhelpful. She made a mistake judging the size of the packaging and then made me pay for a new package when it didn’t fit just because I wrote on the previous bag. I will go to literally any other post office from now on.
As a local Resident who loves polite but informative chat, I was happy to visit Post Office during my morning coffee breaks. Office Owners May & Christine are always welcoming and helpful for any related their services tasks! Be free to ask their advice and your Post Office visit will be joyful and fruitful!! Many professional services within their Business, last stay in Melbourne I even sent a Portable bed for my comfort living in Hua-Hin Business place. Ha ha, still use it with pleasure. See you girls on my April trip to Melbourne! Vic.
